Reservation & Payment:

• Online bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can book directly through our website with instant confirmation.
• Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable once confirmed.

Equipment:

• Coaches/Trainers should bring their own set of balls and equipment to be used.

Occupancy:

• Minimum pax in one court: 2 (coach/trainer included)
• Maximum pax in one court: 8 (coach/trainer included)
• In excess of 8 pax: 100 pesos per head

Tournament Request & Payment:

• Tournament requests require a downpayment of ₱1,000 to reserve your tournament slot.
• Downpayment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• After your tournament request is approved, you will receive a booking code to proceed with your tournament booking.

Tournament Requirements:

• Mandatory 2 courts required
• Court Reservation starts at 8am.
• Umpires and ballboys are available upon request.
• Food for umpires and ballboys should be provided by the organizers.
• Tournament organizers may opt to avail the 300-peso food package for each umpire/ballboy for the whole day.
